Returns & Exchanges

At Rockford Chimney, we stand behind the quality of our venting systems and chimney components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via phone or email with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our distribution center using a carrier that provides tracking services.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned chimney components for damage and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
