DuraTech Class A Rain Cap 5" to 8"
The DuraTech Chimney Cap easily attaches to the top of the DuraTech chimney pipe and is used to prevent weather or animals from entering the Class A chimney pipe. The cap is also equipped with a 1" spark arrestor that will help to prevent any hot embers from exiting the cap. The chimney cap is very important to prevent rain and snow from entering the chimney while the heating appliance is running, it also to prevents excess condensation and moisture.
The stainless steel construction is sure to withstand the heat as well as the elements for many years. An optional 1/2" spark arrestor is also available where local jurisdiction requires a smaller spark arrestor.
